1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital goods (downloads), all sales are final. Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, we cannot offer a refund.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent access to the content, which cannot be resolved by our support team.
- Accidental duplicate purchases of the same item.
